Terms of Service
Terms of Service
Operational terms for using HytronVPS and Hytron Network Services Limited hosting, cloud, VPS, bare metal, IP transit, colocation, and DDoS mitigation services.
Effective date: April 24, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to Hytron Network Services Limited, HytronVPS, hytron.io, idc.hytron.io, and related network and hosting services. By creating an account, placing an order, using the portal, or using any assigned infrastructure, the customer accepts these terms.
Hytron provides IP transit, colocation, DDoS mitigation, cloud, VPS, and bare metal infrastructure services. Specific product terms, invoices, order forms, or written service commitments may supplement these terms.
Accounts
Customers must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it updated. The customer is responsible for all activity under their account, API keys, SSH keys, passwords, and deployed services.
Accounts may not be transferred, resold, or shared in a way that hides the responsible operator unless Hytron has approved the arrangement in writing.
Billing
Services may be billed prepaid, fixed term, hourly, usage based, pay as you go, or by another billing model shown at checkout or in the customer portal. Customers authorize Hytron to deduct account balance or charge the selected payment method for ordered services and measured usage.
Bandwidth, traffic, IP addresses, runtime, storage, and other metered resources may be billed based on platform records. Customers must maintain sufficient account balance for running services. Services may be suspended, limited, or terminated when balance is insufficient, invoices are unpaid, or fraud risk is detected.
When a service is suspended for abuse or policy violation, Hytron may charge an abuse processing fee. The current fee is disclosed at checkout and on the suspended service in the customer portal, and must be settled before the service can be reinstated.
Unless required by law or separately agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable after service provisioning or resource allocation. Credits, promotional balances, and discounts may have additional restrictions.
Acceptable Use
Customers must not use Hytron services for spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, fraud, child sexual abuse material, unlawful content, unauthorized scanning, unauthorized access, denial of service attacks, IP spoofing, copyright infringement, harassment, or activity that harms Hytron, upstream networks, data centers, customers, or third parties.
Customers must comply with applicable laws, sanctions rules, export controls, network abuse policies, data center rules, upstream provider requirements, and reasonable operational instructions from Hytron.
Customers are responsible for securing their systems. Compromised systems may be suspended or null-routed if they create abuse, attacks, spam, excessive risk, or network instability.
Network And IP Resources
IP addresses, routing, bandwidth, ports, ASN-related resources, and network paths remain subject to availability, upstream policy, registry policy, and operational constraints. Assignment of an IP address does not transfer ownership.
Hytron may filter, null-route, rate-limit, migrate, reclaim, or renumber network resources when required for security, abuse mitigation, routing integrity, maintenance, upstream requirements, or service continuity.
Customer Content
Customers retain responsibility for data, applications, operating systems, configurations, software licenses, and content placed on Hytron infrastructure. Customers must maintain their own backups unless a backup service is explicitly included in the order.
Hytron may remove, disable, or restrict access to customer content or services when necessary to respond to abuse, legal demands, security incidents, nonpayment, or policy violations.
Support And Abuse
Support is provided through the customer portal and any published operational channels. Hytron may prioritize incidents based on severity, service type, abuse risk, and network impact.
Abuse complaints must include enough evidence for investigation. Hytron may forward relevant complaint details to the responsible customer, upstream provider, data center, registrar, payment provider, law enforcement, or other necessary party.
Suspension And Termination
Hytron may suspend, limit, null-route, terminate, or delete services for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, fraud, excessive operational impact, sanctions concerns, legal compliance, or violation of these terms.
Termination may cause data loss. Customers are responsible for exporting data before cancellation, suspension, expiration, or deletion where the portal permits access.
Maintenance And Availability
Hytron may perform planned or emergency maintenance, migrations, updates, reboots, routing changes, or hardware replacement. We aim to minimize disruption, but network and hosting services may be affected by upstreams, data centers, hardware, software, attacks, or force majeure events.
Any service level commitment must be stated separately in writing. No informal uptime statement creates an SLA credit unless explicitly included in an order, contract, or published SLA.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on an as available basis except where a written agreement states otherwise. Hytron does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error free, attack proof, loss free, or suitable for every workload.
Hytron is not responsible for customer-side software, operating system security, application vulnerabilities, lost credentials, misconfiguration, illegal customer activity, or third-party service failures outside Hytron control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hytron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Hytron's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Changes
Hytron may update these terms as products, infrastructure, abuse patterns, upstream requirements, or law changes. Continued use of the service after publication of updated terms means the customer accepts the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
For abuse reports, use the public abuse form. For account issues, use the customer portal ticket system.
